I haven't written any food posts, because since my gallbladder attack, food has been purposefully boring. I also can say that Kenyan food is not my natural forte. I was asked what I was eating and with the gallbladder doing much better I began experimenting a bit more, but last night the danger pain came back, so I'm back to low fat and plain again. I guess cashews and peanuts are still not going to be allowed!
