Catch up post

I got behind on posts and never finished my trip. So the other day when I posted a post from Italy I can see how I might have confused people. I'm not in Italy! I have been home in Libby since March 16th. I've been enjoying quarantine and staying home as much as possible.

But I still want to go back and finish up the trip posts, so they might be all out of order at times.

Instead I've been eating too many carbs. Enjoying experimenting on making focaccia bread, pizza, breads. All with an aged Artisan dough!

The picture is an Italian soup with sausage and Kale. It's really good!

I've only delivered one baby since I've been back. But have been taking good care of my pregnant moms, doing their prenatal appointments, and checking out their babies etc. Now I have my grand baby due next! Should be soon! So even though the governor might be saying we don't have to stay home, I sure feel it's safe for my clients to stay home and stay away from the virus for now!
