Center

At home I live 4 miles from town. It's a small town with all the basic needs. I'll say I'm going to town if I need to shop or go to the post office etc. But sometimes we need to go to the "big city" where there are Home Depots and Costco. Here if you are going "town" it means you are going to the big city, Eldoret. If you are going to shop here in Kapsowar, you are going to "center".

There are stores up and down the street. A grocery type store, plus a produce market.

This picture below is their Post Office

There seems to be plenty fo clothes here. They have them in piles on a blanket on the ground. Next to a produce stand there might be someone selling clothes too.

The ladies dress very nicely here too. Mostly dresses, although in Nairobi I noticed a lot more women wearing pants now.

This was a sweet little girl with a stand out selling what she could. I bought some toilet paper from her because I wanted to buy something. Later I saw her still there after dark. I was surprised she was sill out alone, such a long day.

She told me she was headed home right then. I'm guessing she was 12 maybe?

This pretty lady had purses to sell I wanted to see. When I saw her again she had her sweet baby with her and she was smiling!!!
