I got to my Airbnb after a long trip on the "tube" from the airport and then a nice walk in "East Ham". A very crowded city, with lots of people out late at night even. Lots of little shops: meat stores, vegetable stores and regular grocery stores. After getting settled a bit, I again went out to find something to eat. Even though the menu was in English, I had to ask for a "translation" of a few items. I ended up getting Halloumi Fries (some sort of cheese that they fry) with sliced red chili's and honey and some chicken with hot sauce. Really yummy! It was in a very old building that I think used to be a pub. I got talking to the waitress and she wanted me to taste a sausage roll the they make there every morning, so she gave me those. She was from Poland but has been in London for many years now.
