Quiet day in Postassieve

We wanted to go back to Postavssieve and visit the same produce store etc. I went in and the sweet ladies remembered me and I felt like we were old freinds buying our fennel, cheese, fresh veggies. They all looked so beautiful. Fruit and Veggies have so much more flavor here and the colors are vibrant.

We went to a pasta store where the pasta was made homemade, fresh that morning. What a treat! She gave us some raw to taste and it was good raw even. Fresh dough with ricotta and spinach.

I found some rolling pins that were so special. I decided it was worth it to carry them home in the luggage. They just remind of my grandma etc.

Went home and cooked a fantastic meal with our fresh asparagus, ravioli, veggies etc. Love this Italian way of life with friends!
