Relaxing day in Ribolla, Tuscany

We found our airbnb the night before. Our host spoke NO English at all! So sometimes you say "OK" even though you have no idea what they are saying.

It was a nice little 2 bedroom apartment. The washing machine on the back porch. (no deep freezing weather here I guess)

Today we decided we needed a day to just relax. So we went on a walk in the morning and went to a produce store, a meat store and then the main grocery store.

Bought all the necessary items like Ricotta, cheese, sausage, veggies, fruit, pastry.......

We then did our laundry and cooked some yummy stuff to eat.

This was the butcher with a big cleaver cutting meat to order. The sausages were his recipe. Each area has a local that makes the sausage, so I always love to taste the different ones. They are all good so far.
