Rome hop on, hop off bus

Today we took a bus that goes to all the major sites and you can hop off and explore at each site and then get back on the next bus that runs every 15 min. It was a great way to explore and see the sites on this rainy day in Rome!

It's an open bus with a cover so you can stay dry, but see clearly.

We didn't always go in to the sites, but defiantly saw a lot.

This was so beautiful and moving! It is Mary holding Jesus.

This amazing statue is of immigrants I believe. If you could see all the detail, it's amazing. a couple hugging each other, someone holding their baby close. They are so squished together with hope and fear.

it was raining so Robin bought us plastic rain ponchos.
