Dinner was yummy! The rice had meat in it and a spice that made it very tasty. avocados and mango for the sides.

Saturday we had our time with the children that are sponsored They are such good children! What a huge blessing to be able to make sure they have food and an education

Justine helps cook, those are banana leaves they use them to wrap the food in when cooking

inside the banana leaves is Matoko . They look like a little green ban but they never turn yellow. When they are cooked they remind me of mashed sweet potatoes.

This little baby boy was born in our clinic. Funny how they put boys in dresses too.

Another meal: spaghetti noodles and potatoes corn and a few veggie. Watermelon. The diet here is very high with startches.
