The best pizza this trip!

Robin and I got back to our Airbnb after our nice outing for the day and decided to eat dinner out. This town is small and so we started walking until we saw the only restaurant open and went in and sat down. When the only guy working there was trying to tell us they don't open till 7 pm. That is very normal in Italy. We came back at 7 and both ordered a different kind of pizza so we could try both kinds. Then we went back and watched him making pizza. His skill was amazing and it was fun to watch him. He had a wood fired oven that was super hot. His dough was already made and exactly right so he could toss the dough and one time he even rolled out two layers together with flour between, took it back apart and finished rolling them.'
