Tile that looks like a rug

My Airbnb that I'm staying at is a whole apartment. The whole town is apartments. I haven't seen one single family home in this whole town. Every building is 3-7 stories high. The roofs have stairs up to them so it can be used as yard space. Most have balconies too.

The apartment I'm in is on the 3rd floor. With ceilings about 12 feet high, it's quite the hike up the 2 staircases.

The floor has tile set in such a way that it looks like a rug.

The kitchen is so small if you open a drawer you have to move to the side, and the bathroom is super small, like 3 x 7 and that includes the shower.
