
Had a very nice weekend with a class all day Saturday and then Sunday had Nursing Director over for dinner. We have a stew that was left over from the other day and we made biscuits. since butter is a staple that we cannot get here, we decided to try to use some thing else. sour cream is not like sour cream in America, but super thick and sour 😬, I decided to use that in place of the butter and they turned out great!
